Shipping and Delivery

The Arrangement does not ship out the U.S, to Alaska or Hawaii, and Canada or to any of the U.S Territories such as Puerto Rico. We are not able to ship to P.O boxes.

Customer agrees to provide adequate assistance to the delivery
driver during unloading at the curb of Customer’s home. It is Customers responsibility to un-package the furniture item[s] and move the item[s] into the home

Our products are delivered in the following ways:

  • Front door parcel delivery (e.g., FEDEX) to your delivery address
  • Curbside Delivery for most furniture and other items that exceed parcel carrier shipping weight limits

In-Store Pickup
Once an order has been completed and the customer has been notified of its availability, pick up of furniture must occur within thirty (30) calendar days. Customer agrees to pick up furniture within 30 days of notification that furniture is ready for pickup. (v)Storage Fees: Customer agrees to pay The Arrangement storage services and related fees in the event the furniture remains at THE ARRANGEMENT after 45 days from date of notice. Storage fees are payable in advance at the rate of 1.5% of the invoice total per month after day 45. Custom er agrees to pay any unpaid storage fees at the time the furniture is picked up. If more than six months of storage fees are unpaid, the furniture will be available for sale to the general public and Customer agrees to pay applicable re- stocking fees

Lead Time
Product(s) will be delivered within a reasonable time, although shipping/delivery times are merely good faith estimates and due to multiple variables during transit The Arrangement is not liable for any loss, damage, cost, or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

Special Orders
There are no cancellations or refunds on special orders. No exception, the invoice must be paid in full before the merchandise can be ordered. Special order lead times vary on availability and vendor. Please be advised that special orders may take more than 10 weeks to arrive.

Refunds and Returns
At The Arrangement, we have no returns or exchanges policy, and all sales are final, once the invoice has been signed off, cancellations cannot be made for any reason. Refunds are not given for any reason on any invoice.

Cancellation Policy
There will be a 35% cancellation of the entire invoice amount on cancelled orders, there are no refunds on special orders once the invoice is paid in full.

Damages and Inspection Policy
Customers are encouraged to review and inspect each product(s) in detail, by signing off on your item, you confirm that it was delivered in good condition, in a situation where you received the incorrect product(s) or if there is any damage with the product(s), please report it on the shipper’s bill and be sure to document it. Once the customer signs off on the product(s), we do not accept returns, therefore we urge you to inspect the item before signing off. If there are any issues, please reach out to the customer support team within 72 hours and we will do our best to assist you and address any concerns.

Product Availability
The Arrangement cannot guarantee the availability of any particular product displayed on the website. The Arrangement reserves the right to discontinue the sale of any product listed on this site without any notice. We reserve the right to restrict or cancel orders of any items for reason and correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions even after an order has been submitted and accepted. We will notify you via email if a product’s availability changes if placed.
