As an artistic and design savvy sales professional you will play a vital role at The Arrangement with the primary responsibility of transforming our clients’ dreams into reality.

This position is critical to the future growth of our company. The company provides foundational and advanced Sales training. You are compensated on a base rate, plus commission structure including a benefit package that includes health insurance, 401k, dental, visions and disability. You must be available to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and some holidays. Agility, heavy lifting and the ability to be on your feet for hours is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help maintain The Arrangement Sales Culture: people-first, knowledgeable, inspiring and approachable
• Ensure that every person you encounter is engaged in a meaningful way, listened to, and assisted in whatever way is most appropriate
• Provide project solutions by presenting and discussing various home furnishings product options based on your discovery of the clients’ lifestyle, needs, and goals
• Perform consultations and serve as project lead on your clients’ house calls including the scheduling, pendings, and working with key team members to orchestrate the delivery of the project
• Work cooperatively with other team members
• Assist with general Retail store activities (merchandising, displays, cash register, etc.) including processing client orders from start to finish
• Maintain the highest ethical and professional standards
• Achieve sales targets as set by Sales Manager
• Reports to Sales Manager
